Lioncourt Strategic Land has now submitted a planning application for new homes on land off Common Road, North Leigh.

Lioncourt has submitted proposals for new homes including affordable housing, community open space and enhanced landscaping and tree planting. Following consultation with local residents and statutory consultees, Lioncourt has now updated the proposals.

The changes to the scheme as of December 2025 can be viewed on the “Changes to Our Proposals” page at the top of the website. The rest of the website has been left in situ as a reference for the proposals as they were when consulted upon in summer 2024.

Lioncourt focuses on producing quality housing developments that are designed to a high standard, promoted through and shaped by the planning system.

We will aim to work closely with West Oxfordshire District Council as this consultation progresses. We will consult with residents, the Parish Council and other stakeholders to create a scheme that will deliver new homes, including provision of affordable housing, along with landscaped open space for the benefit of the existing community that not only creates an attractive place to live but enhances the surrounding area.
