The land is currently made up of four fields covering 28 acres and is bordered by the A4095 and the edge of North Leigh village.

The land is well defined by boundary trees and hedgerows and represents a logical extension to the village, sitting immediately adjacent to existing homes along Common Road and providing good access to Common Road.

The land has been submitted to West Oxfordshire District Council’s ‘call for sites’ as deliverable housing land. It is available now, in a suitable location and could provide much needed market and affordable housing for the community.
