Our proposals will deliver much needed homes for West Oxfordshire, with residents supporting the existing facilities of North Leigh.

A mix of homes of different sizes and tenures will cater to the local needs and will complement existing housing in the village.

Delivering Community Benefits

Lioncourt will ensure community benefits are delivered through financial contributions as part of the planning obligations. CIL is a key way in which West Oxfordshire District Council can help deliver much needed services linked to new homes for expanding villages. We will work with West Oxfordshire District Council in delivering funding for these improvements as part of the planning application.
