The image below illustrates how we envisage the land could accommodate new homes, with vehicular access off Common Road and a separate pedestrian connection to Common Road, and associated landscaping, public open space and biodiversity enhancements.
We would be interested to hear your views on the draft masterplan which includes:
- A range of well-designed market and affordable homes
- Direct access onto Common Road for pedestrians, cyclists and vehicles
- New pedestrian links, connecting existing routes
- Central open space around Grim’s Ditch Scheduled Monument
- Open space for recreation and habitat linkages
- Good connectivity to nearby Witney and Long Hanborough for schools and wider facilities
- A community orchard
